Couldn't find lockbox,inside convenience store Lack of cleanliness Condition of property very poor/extensively damaged, described as brand new Host seemed unwilling to resolve

Great wifi, awesome rooftop, good to have bedroom fans and good AC, useful cooking gear and decent beds. Hosts also very responsive and kind. And appreciated the tea, coffee, sugar and milk left for guests

Cleanliness and general wear and tear of the apartment, plus difficulty in collecting and dropping back the key away from the property. Also ads must be VERY clear about thumping Wickham and screeching train noise for guests who may be adversely affected.

Very private and great location for those who love being in the valley!

The people from the balcony’s above throw rubbish and things outside the windows and it lands on our courtyard 😫

SCAM. The Serain Residences did not supply what we paid for. If you are travelling for work where you don't have hours of time to spend on the phone fixing issues with your booking, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Ultimately Serain Residences could not provide the bedding configuration we booked. One of my colleagues ended up not staying with us as they didn't feel comfortable sharing a bed with another colleague. Serain Residences offered no solutions and suggested they share a bed anyway. Booking.com has always treated me well but this booking made me question the service and authenticity of hotels provided on the service. Booking.com do the right thing and refund at least 1/3 of the booking given the situation and remove Serain Residences from your service.
