Location of the apartment was great, apartment was well equipped and nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable.

Was provided with a self check-in application, however this experience wasn't truly self check-in as after uploading all the documents required on the application, the agent still has to send you all information and codes manually on whatsapp. I tried to do the self check in right before i got to the apartment at 11pm and after everything was done I tried contacting the host however i received no answer and had to end up booking a hotel for the first night as i could not get in the apartment. The apartment was smelling like sewage after we flushed the first time and this didn't change through our stay, contacted the host due to this problem and she said this is normal because its an old building. She said she would contact the owner of the apartment to check if something is wrong however she never came back to us. Oder killing spay is essential if you want to stay in the apartment.

It was superb. Everything as described. Very clean. Easy access and good location. We would quite happily go back. Highly recommend.

Apt was very nice and clean. Nicely decorated, we felt very good. The beds/bedrooms on the top floor/accessible thru ladder were interesting. Nicely done. (if you have kids, it's like a playground itself :-) Location is great.

No issues. But If you ask what 'could be better' : 1.Kitchen felt little small, could be concern for bigger family or group that is cooking/eating there, but no real issue for us. Anyways we mostly went out as there's plenty of places to eat within few min walk. 2. Windows view towards Danube would score 1000%+ :-)

The property had space for a group of 5. It was very conveniently located in the city by the trams and buses.

The bathroom kept getting clogged and it was really difficult to manage with 5 guests. As well climbing the ladders of the bedrooms was scary, especially with the low ceilings. The elevator in the building sometimes did not work. The television channels did not work either.

actually there were 2 seperate bedrooms and above them there were two beds with almost 90 degree ladders which are difficult to use them especially at night.... not suitable for kids i think...

There was good contact with the owner, and the place was clean and comfortable. You can find there everything needed for a short stay.

Sometimes, there was a problem with parking due to the apartment location, but that is understandable (and unalterable) in the city centre.

Let's start with the positives. The location of the apartment was undoubtedly a standout feature. It was just a short 10-minute walk to the Parliament, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city's offerings. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay in terms of hygiene.

I recently stayed at an accommodation in Budapest booked through Booking.com. While there were several positive aspects of the stay, such as its convenient location and cleanliness, I found the overall experience marred by a lack of warm hospitality and poor communication. However, the disappointing aspects of my stay overshadowed these positive points. The most significant issue was the communication style of the management. The cold and distant manner in which they interacted with guests left much to be desired. I encountered challenges when attempting to communicate with them, especially when I expressed that I couldn't download their app due to limited phone storage. Some of my messages went unanswered, which gave the impression that my concerns were being ignored. Furthermore, there was a lack of proactive engagement from the management. They failed to check in with us to ensure that everything was going smoothly or to inquire about our arrival process. As we departed, their communication reached a new low when they simply sent a screenshot of a previous conversation instead of taking the time to provide a proper farewell message. This lack of effort and personal touch was disappointing. Basic amenities were also lacking during our stay. Surprisingly, the apartment didn't provide shower gel, shampoo, or even soap, leaving us to fend for ourselves in terms of toiletries. Additionally, the toilet in the apartment had an unfortunate design flaw – it emitted a loud noise every time it was used, disturbing everyone in the household and making nighttime bathroom visits particularly disruptive. In conclusion, despite the positive attributes of the accommodation, I cannot overlook the glaring issues in hospitality and communication. The disinterested and cold attitude of the management, along with the lack of attention to basic guest needs, significantly impacted my overall experience.
