Carl Lutz River Side Danube

A very cozy apartment, beautifully furnished, located right next to the river in a climatic tenement house. Equipped with everything necessary. We felt very comfortable in it. Perfect contact with the landlord. Parking right next to the apartment. Very close to local attractions as well as restaurants and shops. We recommend it wholeheartedly.

Location of the apartment and the amenities

It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The apartment is located near a street with many restaurants and cafés. Around 4 mins away there is a tram and bus stop and you can get anywhere from there but if you enjoy walking it is great as well. 15 min walk to the parliament for example. Even though it was boiling hot outside, we didn’t have to use the AC. Temperature inside was always around 20-24 degrees Celsius. Beds are very comfortable. No back pain at all. Kitchen is fully equipped: toaster, pans, pots, spatulas, microwave etc. There was a hair dryer and a sewing kit in the bathroom. Wi-Fi works without any problems. The apartment Host is incredibly helpful and kind. She sent us a video showing how to enter the apartment and instructions. I recommend texting her on what’s-app where she responds within minutes.

If you want to use all of the beds, text owner about it. In our case only 2 beds were made. We didn’t mind it though.

Position

Sleeping situation. It is advertised as three bedrooms as far as I remember but in fact there is one bedroom of the living room but above this room there are two platforms with extremely steep wooden ladder to a bed. You can not stand up as the roof is to low and you can't move around the bed as the space is limited. The is another double bed on a platform above the living room with another double bed. The roof is to low to stand up or change clothes and the wooden ladder to steep for an adult. It offers loads of Sleeping areas but not practical for adults. The thee beds on the platforms can only be used by children but the ladders is dangerously steep. Need to re consider how this is advertised as you can only have adults Sleeping downstairs on the sofa bed and pull out bed in bedroom.

Very nice apartment. Good furniture. with comfortable beds. Very good cleanliness. With all necessary utensils. Good location. on the banks of the Danube. The children also liked it, we are satisfied and recommend it

There is more place than it looks at first sight, everything is really comfortable. It's at walking distance from every major monument. The contact with the service was extraordinary, everything was explained in a simply way. 10/10

The apartment is in very good location. It was very celan, easy to get to, lots of equipment to make life easier

We didn’t like the toilet very much and no information how to use it. The toilet was also very loud at night. This made us to give lower points for apartment
