The beds were comfy, the location was good and the pub food was good.

The fridge has seen better days and was smelly and a bit grot. The stairs are really steep and the rope handrail may look good but isn't very practical.

Attractive, comfortable apartment with everything we needed, at a reasonable price. Just a short drive from the coast, situated next to a nice pub with good food and friendly, helpful staff. Although it’s in a quiet village, the pub is very popular so booking is advisable. We would definitely stay here again.

A fantastic apartment … we wanted a location that allowed us to crash and relax which this definitely delivered on. With two beautiful bedrooms (only used one) a lounge area, very well equipped galley kitchen and gorgeous bathroom the Rest had everything we wanted for our break away from everyday life. Of course the tow other major plus points of this fantastic accommodation is its location, firstly being part of an excellent gastro pub where we eat (and drank to much) each evening, the food, staff and ambiance were great, secondly the proximity to the stunning Norfolk coast which our busy cocker spaniel never wants to leave … in summary another fantastic find, highly recommended.

Nothing …. (One small note. Access is via quite steep stairs therefore not suitable for those who struggle with stairs)

My friend and I liked the property very much. It was what we wanted to explore the north Norfolk coast and National Trust properties.

To be picky we would have liked a hook on the door of the bathroom to hang clothes when showering. It was a pity the shelf in the fridge had been broken for the milk bottles.

It was self catering (so breakfast not applicable ) Kitchen and shower room was very well fitted out and smart . We did go down to the pub for a meal and a couple of times for drinks and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very nice place to stay with lots of parking if you happen to have more than one car.

Not a lot to list . but as we were eating all meals out, but breakfast it was not necessary to use the dish washer and there was no washing up liquid ( easily remedied ) or tea towels not as easy to remedy . Also the shower room was very smart but for us old ones ,no grab rails in the shower which would have been useful .
