Well equipped apartment conveniently located above the pub!

The bed in the second bedroom was a little small for me (I’m 6’5”) but apart from that everything was great.

Ease of check in with key safe. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Well equipped. Gorgeous bathroom.

Could do with a bath mat in the shower as very slippery.

This apartment is perfect!! Clean, comfortable and the bathroom is stunning!! A perfect place to relax and enjoy the Norfolk countryside. We also went for a meal in the pub downstairs and it was superb, couldn't fault it.

Good value / nice to have pub downstairs for evening meals . Good location in terms of being close to the beach. Nice to have 2 doubles.

It was great for us in the winter - In the summer when the pub customers are using the garden it may get a bit noisy and less private

lovely accommodation very well laid out. spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Luxurious and very spacious bathroom. quiet location but near to wells next the sea. Pub below was very good. Plenty of parking.

Wasn’t clear what to do with rubbish and towels & bedding! Shame pub was shut , we did know it would be but would have been nice to try it .
