Very comfortable and clean, couldn't fault the accommodation. The staff at the pub were brilliant!

There was nothing not to like

Very clean and modern. The eggs, milk and bread really helped when we arrived.

Great location for Holkham Hall and the coast. This characterful accommodation is above a smart pub which serves delicious meals. We liked the comfortable beds, the lovely large shower and the rooms are a nice size. We appreciated the milk, butter and eggs left in the fridge, a lovely thought. Plenty of room in the car park too.

Unfortunately we could hear the music from the pub but it did stop before 11pm, it was otherwise very quiet.

Very comfortable with everything you need. Lovely quite, quant little village with the pub overlooking the countryside. Owners left a very good welcoming gift of milk bread,butter and eggs. What a lovely thoughtful touch.

Due to the very hot weather the apartment did get very hot, could have done with some fans especially in the bedrooms to help with sleeping. On a personal note found the pillows too soft for me, the mattress was very comfortable had a night sleep.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is large. Everything one needs is there. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with eggs, butter and milk and bread. Very kind indeed. The location was perfect in a small village, close to the beach and to amenities and restaurants. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try the food at the pub which we were told (by some strangers we met in Wells) is amazing. It's quite cozy and there's only one bathroom, so more suitable for a family or friends who know each other really well. A very enjoyable and comfortable stay, thank you very much.

It is above a pub, so there's some background music playing during the day but it does stop at 10pm. Not suitable for people who are highly-sensitive to noise though. Sundays are quiet.

Lovely little cottage, very clean, tidy, well equiped. Fantastic bathroom. Perfect for a quiet slightly out of town stay, but easy enough to get around the local area of Wells, Sheringham, Cromer etc. Pub served good food and good beer.

We liked everything about the place. Kitchen could of done with having an oven glove, but really, thats it!
