The only good thing was localization.

It was the most disguisting, hideous, creepy and dirty experience in my life. The description of this apartment should say ,,if you like staying in a place which is covered in dust, spiders and their webs, stains, dirt from few years - this one is perfect!". I don't even know how to describe this apartment. Nothing there is clean. It stinks inside. The terrace you can see in photos is neglected and covered in some kind of muld (in the roofing) and birds speacies on the floor. The dirt is everywhere. On cupboards, drawers, tables, floor, window sills, ceilings. I wanted to use extra pillows from wardrobe but the smell inside it was so disguisting that I almost threw up. Every corner of every room/window/door/wall is covered in dirt and stains from many years. I contacted owner during my stay and told him about it, he said that it is the fault of cleaning service. Well - it is not. It is fault of not caring and not cleaning this place for MANY YEARS. It is not dust from one week. Just take a look at dust in bathroom's cupboard or kitchen's wall. And the owner knows about it, there are old comments in booking warning about status of this apartament. I wish I had seen them earlier - I would never book it. Nothing makes sense there, every furniture is different, everything looks like it was collected from some trash bin. There is a hole in bed, bathroom hanger is broken, washing machine is so dirty inside. This room costs 75 euro per night. I wouldn't pay 1 euro for this. I hope booking.com will close this place. Just be smarter than me and never book this one. I am waiting for refund from owner. I hope he will have at least dignity to pay me back.

All was OK. We recommend. Parking free during weekends on the street. Good walking distance to Puskas stadium.

A bit darker appartment.

It's close to the center, quiet. The host was very friendly and answered my questions immediately.

The apartment needs renovation and a good clean up. Bathroom is really old, siphon in floor is missing a cover. Kitchen is almost unusable, very few dishes.

access from building entrance to flat entrance can be a bit dodgy as lighting weren’t working properly outside. although I appreciate this probably is out of control of the host.

I had a great stay at the apartment, it was clean right next to the park, and the host was very helpful and nice.

Good location - close to downtown.

First of all...the house is dirty. No one was cleaning it before our arrival. There were spider nets on the ceiling, there was dust on the furniture and the pillows in the drawer were like someone have mopped the floor with them. The WC was also unclean. I took photos, which I hope I can upload here, as evidence so you know I am not lying or exagerating. Second.. it was really cold. Even though I started the heater in the bedroom, it was not enough. We had to sleep with sweaters on. And we had a child with us.... I couldn”t stand more after 4 am. We rose and made our way. The window in the bedroom has no curtain. There is a bad smell in all the apartment. Wall have cracks, furniture is distroyed.... etc... The courtyard.... very dirty, full of pigeons dung. And I hope you don”t think the price justifies this. It is not cheap. And I would hapily have paid a bit more to stay elsewhere, if I knew the conditions beforehand.

Excellent location, near to Heroes Square and easy to get into the centre of the city but nice and quiet. Spacious apartment with good facilities. Easy check in and check out. Free parking right outside at the weekend and great transport links. Great communication from host.

Only thing that could be improved for us was a covering for the window in the bedroom. It is private but let in the light in the morning.
