Inside the room it was cozy and clean

First, the self check-in process is extremely confusing. The video instructions provided by the property do not clearly explain how to open the main entrance door, how to access the reception area, or how to enter the room. I had to ask other guests for help because the instructions were not sufficient. Second, there is no luggage storage available after check-out. If your bus or flight is later in the day, you cannot leave your backpack or suitcase at the property and will need to find a paid locker elsewhere in the city. Third, there is no air conditioning in the room. During my stay the outside temperature was around 36°C, and the room became very hot and uncomfortable.

We generally liked it. It was clean and quiet. There was enough bathrooms for all the guests.

We had a problem with the app for opening the doors.

Gebäude ist etwas unübersichtlich, es war nicht leicht ins Zimmer zu kommen über die App

Es war mitten im Stadtzentrum. Viele Lokale, Einkaufsläden ( Lidl) nur 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Gute Straßenbahnverbindung. Das Hostel hat einen Lift und auf die Hygiene der Unterkunft wurden immer beachtet (tägliche Reinigung der Toiletten und im Gästebereich), das Bett sehr sauber und das Zimmer aufgeräumt

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht trotz Batteriewechsel, es gab keine persönlich besetzte Rezeption. Das Check in war sehr mühsam und schwer, da man vor dem Eingang nur mit einem Code den Eingangstür der Hostel betreten und von Anfang an nicht auf die Gedanke kam die App herunterzuladen und laut Aushang an der Eingangstür alle Schritte durchzulesen um überhaupt in den Eingangsbereich zu kommen,weil man nach der Reise einfach das eigene Zimmer besetzen möchte. Und als man vor dem eigenen Zimmer stand so musste man erneut ein Cod eingeben um die Karte aus dem Fach zunehmen( Karte wurde als Schlüssel benutzt) um in das eigene Zimmer zu gelangen. Falls man versehentlich die Karte vergessen hätte so war es ein großes Problem, denn die Karte öffnete sowohl den Haupteingang zum Hostel und zum Zimmer. Alle hatten das Problem nicht in das Hostel zu kommen.
