- I made a reservation for a room and paid in advance - When I tried to take my room there was no reception open - I called their phone number and they only had an answering machine available for communication - There was a prerecorded massage left on their answering machine informing that the codes had been sent out in an email (not true) - At the end of the prerecorded message they left a phone number of a security company responsible for the building to call - I gave a call to the security company and they had no idea about this specific hostel - I spent hours waiting and calling and this property was not available for help - I received the codes to enter into my room only the following morning after check out time - I wouldn’t recommend this property

Non c’è chiave fisica ma app difettosa per aprire ogni porta. Un incubo!

The bathrooms and showers were clean.

The way to check in was really confusing and hard. Because there is no reception we had to contact the property through whatsapp to check in. After the check in we saw that the bed sheets of our room were not clean and had hair and bread crumps all over the beds. We told the lady to change the bed sheets. She didn’t know english so we had to comunicate through translate. When we told her to clean she said people come and go to the hostel?? We insisted her to chne the sheets and she changed eventually but she had an attitude. The location of the hostel was near the city center however the neighbourhood didnt feel safe as we were 4 women.

Todo perfecto

Житло відносно чисте, комфортне. Недалеко від вокзалу. В нас були зручні матраци, кондиціонер. Ми були з донькою самі на поверсі, тому було супер))) Дівчата від готелю відповідали швидко на всі мої питання.

Додаток для входу чомусь працював не коректно. Відкривав усі двері окрім перших від вулиці (тому встановила донці на її телефон - і ми змогли зайти ). Зустріли жильців з іншого поверху - теж проблеми із входом. Зробіть щось із цим.
