We were not told before reserving that the bus was not going to the property because of construction. Clearly the construction had been going on at the time of the reservation so this should have been mentioned upfront. They recommended we take a cab ( could have easily taken a bus most of the way) for a 1 km ride for 2 people, the cab charged 29 CHF— perhaps the most expensive cab I have ever take for a 1 km ride. The heat to the apartment is controlled by the property owner so we couldn’t put the heat down at night for comfortable sleeping. We had to call to have it adjusted.

Construction by the property was not communicated earlier. It wasn’t till the day before that it was said. It was loud in the mornings before 8am. Also the people upstairs were loud till 11pm. Pillows were not comfortable.

It is clean, good views, and fabulous facilities.

It will be much appreciated if we could have the access right to the washing room in ground floor.

Die Ausstattung der 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist top, es ist alles da was man zum Kochen braucht (sogar ein Fonduetopf) und alles noch sehr neu und gut in Schuss. Die Lage ist gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man bei Restaurants und es gibt in 5 Min Entfernung ein italienisches Kaffee mit tollem Espresso. Je nach Jahreszeit fährt ein Bus vor der Haustür, wir sind gelaufen und es war zu Fuß gut zu erreichen vom Bahnhof.

Die Lüftung im Zimmer ist leider ziemlich deutlich zu hören und man kann diese nicht ausschalten - sie ist immer an und rauscht vor sich hin. Dazu hatten wir das Pech einer Baustelle vor dem Haus... dementsprechend habe ich meinen Aufenthalt mit NC-Kopfhörern und Ohropax verbracht. Wer weniger Geräusch-sensibel ist sollte keine Probleme haben.

Gute Lage (ruhig und doch nicht zu weit weg vom Zentrum). Modern ausgestattet. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Aussicht zum Ort Zermatt.

Die Whg. hat eine Lüftung, die nicht ideal ist. Ist die Lüftung eingeschaltet, dann ist sie zu laut. Ist sie ausgeschaltet, dann hört man über die Lüftungsschächte die Stimmen von der Nachbarwohnung. Das ist schlecht umgesetzt, die Vermieterin wurde darüber informiert. Es war nicht so gut geputzt - das soll in Zukunft besser werden.
