Zermatt Appartements

We had everything we needed and it was clean.

시설도 정말 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 특히 숙소에서 보이는 경치도 훌륭했습니다.

기차역에서 거리가 약간 있고 오르막길에 있습니다.

I really loved how clean and tidy the place was and the host left us a welcome card and some chocolate for our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everything you need to cook (sharp knives and a toaster as well!). The place was perfect for our needs and it was in a location that was quiet and a short distance from the inner town.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the facilities for laundry, the instructions on how to use the machines in english were a bit confusing

Check in was difficult because there was no room numbers. We just had to check to see which room our key opened

The photos and description didn’t match what I thought I was purchasing only when you truely read and study the photo will you understand what you are purchasing. - I would study carefully and read thoroughly what room your are booking

Modern apartment, well set up, great views.

The directions on the booking app to get to the apartment is not fully accurate as the apartment is much further up the street than shown. Additional information on location could be provided for guests finding their own way.

A slightly longish walk to the train station. But thats ok 😊

Clean. Well thought through and comfortable.

The windows / window door need to be adapted to lean rather than just open - air but warmth too. But thats a finesse.
