Excellent location, clean and fabulous value

No outside space but this wasn’t an issue

The location is amazing, apartment is conveniently central with everything you need:transportation, groceries, restaurants in walking distance. Check in process and communication with host very smooth

Only one towel per person and they were dirty, upper bed is not comfortable at all, the entrance to the building until you get to apartment is dirty and with a restaurant downstairs it was smelling like food all the times. The pace looks bigger in photos than it actually is.

Location is great, in the middle of everything, but still no disturbing noise from the street.

Very poor cleaning. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Some of the bath towels had stains. There were no face towels. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for 4 nights for 4 people. The blinds on the living room window are broken and do not close. The entrance to the building is very dirty, nauseating, often without lighting at night, making the stairs dangerous.

The location is really excellent as very close to main attractions so easy to walk to them. Public transport nearby too. Close to main streets however the apartment is at the back of the building overlooking an internal courtyard so very quiet. Easy to get into with key code for main building door and then a secure key box. Good communication with host prior to check in. Apartment is big enough for 4 people. Just be aware mezzanine bedroom ceiling low - would bang head if stand up if you are over 5 foot 6 inches tall. I would recommend this apartment. Washing machine was useful to have. Very good value for money.

We messaged the property during our stay to make request for some supplies,yet no reply. We requested proper pillows and the ones in the property were more like cushions and were small and worn, duvets were old and would be better if replaced. We also had no bowls so ate cereal from cups! We had only 2 small, thin towels so would have expected more. Several lights did not work. Shower easily sprays onto the bathroom floor as no door / shower curtain and the water sprays onto the back wall then onto the floor. The main staircase from ground floor was very dark as not all the lights work. The metal staircase from kitchen to mezzanine bedroom would benefit from something on the wall to hold onto as you come down stairs.
