Really good location and great heating

It is not mentioned that the apartment is located in a building that has an open yard and the access to it is through an open staircase. At night, it's really creepy.

The apartment is in an excellent location, near many bars and clubs, but still quiet and comfortable.

The location is fantastic. the city center itself. It would be nice if the owners would take a little more care of the apartment, because it is quite neglected (walls, furniture, everything is so dirty). We had a problem with the heating, because it wasn't working, and it was really cold. I reported the problem to the owner and he reacted really quickly to solve it, which is commendable.

The apartment is so dirty, uncleaned, that it was really unpleasant to use. The dishes are dirty, the surfaces are full of dust, the floors are trampled, as if they have not been cleaned after the previous users, the toilet seat is so yellow and nasty, it looks creepy. A very big shame, because with nice, regular and good maintenance, this would be a perfect and very cute apartment, because it has the potential to be that.

There was not enough day light in flat but not very disturbing.

location, comfortable apartment with 2 separate king beds plus bathroom and kitchen so very handy

bed sheet weren't clean; only 1 towel per person per stay otherwise 5€ per towel extra; heating at the beginning not working (only after technical intervention it got fixed)

fantastic location of the apartment in an old building which, although in the narrow center of the city, offers a sense of peace, yet gives great freedom to quickly reach all important points in Budapest. A big advantage is the proximity of the parking garage. The apartment itself is very well designed and comfortable. Excellent instructions for accessing the apartment.
