Very dirty and sticky floor Dirty walls with spiderweb in the bathroom The sheet from the sofa was not changed, just covered with a blanket TV cable not functioning NO air conditioning. If you come in the summer, it's a major problem because the flat is warming a lot.

The owners were very nice and the location is very good. Having a washing machine (+ free detergent) was helpful. Good value for money during high season in Budapest.

The shower was leaking and it was really annoying. The huge spider web in the bathroom could have been removed, but despite this we cannot say it was dirty.

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Leider war die Wohnung an manchen Stellen sehr dreckig. Insbesondere die fleckige Matratze (siehe Foto) müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Es macht insgesamt leider einen etwas schmuddeligen Eindruck, auch wenn mir der Gastgeber versicherte, dass vorher geputzt wurde. Die Dusche ist leider auch undicht und das Wasser läuft beim Duschen auf den Flur. Ich habe mich nicht sehr wohl gefühlt und bin früher abgereist.

Séjour très agréable, tout s'est bien passé dans ce studio bien situé à Budapest. Je recommande

Great location - can walk to sights.  Buses, trams and metros very close.  Shops/ supermarkets, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. Comfortable and all amenities as described. Very helpful host
