Best Neighbour Apartment

Very clean, comfortable and silent.

I liked everything.

Communication with David was superb, no problem with access to the accomodation. There is parking across the street (10 EUR/ night). Location is also good, close to metro station and other interesting places in Budapest.

Defintetely cleanliness should be better. When we have arrived we were a little bit disapointed because in bathroom there were spots that was not cleaned for months and shower should be cleaned better as well (shower hub was not cleaned in months, mold started to grow) and in reachable parts of bathroom webs with spiders could be also removed :). Also the kitchen, every doorhandle was greasy and cutlery as well (I know, it might be not fault of owner but previous guests but anyway, it does not create good feeling). To be honest, other surfaces were OK, floor was wiped and clean. We are not really demanding during our travels, furniture and equipment can be old and worn out - it does not bother us but it must be clean and in this case unfortunetely it was not. When we have arrived we informed David about our observations he promised that he will discuss this issue with cleaning service.

Location, quiet place, everything what I need was available. Very nice, friendly host.

Shower was leaking, little bit dusty.

Really goog location - metro, shops... Comunication with the owner and his wife was one of the best. Really exemplary. I can only recommend. 🙂 Also the parking opposit the apartment was ok.
