Фотографии объекта эстетичные, но по факту заезда ожидания с реальностью моментами разъедутся. Я заехала ночью и мне показалось, что в помещении до меня курили. Либо это соседи и тянет с вытяжки, но в целом, и на следующий день не покидало такое ощущение. На полу были разводы, кое где стены уже обшарпались, шланг для душа слегка развалился. Я перфекционист и мне сложно за такие деньги остаться удовлетворенным пользователем на 100% данного жилья

The property has lift access and is bright and clean. There was a kettle and teapot in the kitchen and several sharp knives -- all rarities in holiday flats. A fan in the bedroom -- most welcome. The flat is close to a good tram stop, restaurants and supermarkets.

The lobby smells of the restaurant by the entrance. There was no mirror in the bathroom (I had to buy one). No frying pan, spatula or salad bowl in the kitchen. No washing machine. No armchair or couch in the (large) bedroom. It was not clear from the photos that the owners are advertising several different flats under one listing, so I hadn't realised that there would be no living area or couch or terrace. The apartment is very old and has very few power points. So far as I could work out, only one out of three lamps in the bedroom worked. The flat felt stuffy and I quickly worked out why: it is on a very busy road (trams, buses, trucks, cars) and opening the window lets in pollution and a lot of noise. Even with the windows closed, it is extremely noisy. The cleaning fee for two nights was almost as much as the price of one night's stay. Does mopping the floors, taking out the trash and doing some laundry really cost so much in Switzerland?

The place is awesome. What you see os what you get. Its simple, but really clean and the layout and practicality is exactly what you need when you gent a small apartment like this. The staff were amazing. Communication has been great all the way, they were super kind, flexible and forthcoming. Im so great full for feeling that I was in good hands. The location is great. Close to the center, but still far enough from the tourist area, to be able find small local bars and restaurants.

Location was great and the view from the balcony was amazing! 😍The area itself is not too far from the center and you can find everything you need around, it takes only 10-15 minutes to reach to the center by transport and 20-25 minute walk ☺️ The staff was great and very accommodating, special thanks to Jenny, she really made our stay special by her kindness and great service The apartment had everything we need and the staff was very kind to check on us and asking if we needed anything

Lack of a washing machine and a dryer

Under the bed it was completely dirty and dusty. The shower was not draining well and the water was getting clogged. There was only one fork.

Instructions for check in was clear, so that went smooth. There is a great japanese restaurant in the neiborhood… A view from terrace was amazing… Beds were comfortable for sleeping, the apartment is in an old building in the old part of town and that gives it a special charm… Coffie machine was great…

It’s old, so no mater how clean it is, it doesn’t look so “fresh” like when something is new…

That was easy to find it. Everything was cleaned and that had what we needed. It is very close to public transportation and you can even walk to the city center, it is about 18 minutes walking.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, right by tram stop with shops and restaurants nearby. Balcony was lovely in the sunshine.

Very tired. Shocked by the amount of black mould in bathroom. The photos advertised may be of one of the other apartments in the building because ours was extremely tired, hadn’t seen fresh paint in a long time.

Very good location.

It doesn’t have a microwave.
