area was okay and spacious inside

some areas in the flat were disgusting and it just wasn’t very clean overall. there was some used underwear behind a radiator in the bathroom which was horrendous. it was also hard to sleep due to the noise outside and there was a strange smell throughout the flat.

We appreciated that the bed and sheets were clean. We liked the two bedroom set up. The location was further from the center, but it’s no problem because Zurich has a great tram system right next to the apartment! The staff was very friendly and great at communicating.

The bathroom was slightly outdated, but it was still clean so that is really all that matters. A full body length mirror in the hallway or the rooms would’ve been nice!

Centrally located and kitchen items were in order.

It was terrible wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The flooring were stained and the curtains were off the railing just hanging. Shower curtain was stained. The shoe rack was bent furniture old, duvets stained.

Internet connection was good, some equipment in the kitchen was also helpful.

The pictures of the property are misleading, the flat requires renovation, furniture is old and the interior is moldy. The apartment is also noisy from the street. There are 4 different lockboxes at the door, which was not mentioned in the instructions, you cannot call anyone only via chat, but in Switzerland there is no EU data roaming so it is quite a gap from my perspective. The staff also send out excessive amount of emails about respecting quiet and cleanliness.
