very good communication with host and Mary accommodated our early check in. The apartment was clean, light, airy, spacious and more than comfortable for 6 guests. Shower was hot with good pressure. Having 2 toilets in the apartment was great! Beds really comfortable. Kitchen fully equipment with plenty of cutlery, plates, cups cooking utensils etc. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

Very minor things; It would have been good to have some extra pillows and blankets for the beds in each room (there were some spare pillows for one of the rooms) Although, the host was very good and if we had asked I'm sure they would have been provided. An extra hand towel each would have been good too and some hanging space in the bedroom I stayed in (that side of the wardobe was padlocked). There was no filter prpvided for the coffee machine, and It would have been nice to have some things on arrival like a few tea, coffee and sugar sachets, and very basic kitchen things like salt and pepper, that you wouldnt want to buy a whole container of for a 4 day stay. We couldn't work out how to use the tv (probably just us!) but in the end, we didn't really need it! Again, all minor things. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Very difficult access to the building from the outside - many lockers, many doors. Inability to control the inner temperature. On Dec 25th the radiators were cold, we were not able to turn on the air conditioning and the host was not answering the phone. When he/she finally started to chat via Booking, Mary was arrogant, saying that no one ever complained about the room temperature and if we feel cold to put some clothes on?!? The refrigerator was missing compartment for ice. There were barely any kitchen amenities - host accused us that we confused the thermostat with our cooking and this was the reason to be cold; told us to go to a restaurant instead of cooking on Xmas?!? Creaking parquet in all rooms and living room. Worn out furniture, far away from the photos. Very small, uncomfortable and worn-out pillows. There were everywhere papers and notes with rules - what not to do, not to touch - we felt like in the army, not in a cosy, warm apartment.

Location was fantastic easy access to all the public transport. Facilities were ok, hot shower. supermarket close by.

Just needed to know that you push the street door ,rather than trying to use the key.

The inside was clean, everything was okay, utensils very equipped

The location is good, on the Main Street but unfortunately we have a hard time finding it, we have to ask around because there’s no number on the building, and also when we finally can open the gate, we cannot get in the front door, truthfully it was creepy, it was a very old building, even the hallway was dark and the elevator lamp wasn’t working, no review ever said about the building and how creepy it was.

Perfect location in the heart of the city, beautiful apartment with great architecture, enough room for even 11 people, nice common area

The amount of rules was a bit annoying, making us feel a bit uncomfortable, but at the end, all went normal. One minus of the apartment is that the shower is only one (2 bathrooms though), which for big group is a bit difficult. Keeping that in mind, great choice to stay in Budapest!
