location, and really lovely flat

there was no toilet paper in two toilets for 10 people, and one kitchen rag that was dirty.also there were two racks with wet laundry drying the whole stay.

"Strategic location"

Location is close to metro stations and tram stations. Although the main entrance is next to a main busy road, but the unit is quiet

The parquet/wooden flooring is old and it causes noises at night The toilets has no locks and has no enough toilet papers The rack is fully occupied by washed linen/bedsheets and cannot be used

- the location was fabulous; and the apartment was clean and well-placed - the communication was efficient and to the point

- a question of data privacy was tricky - some of the guests felt uncomfortable sending a copy of their IDs over in order to get access to the location. It seems to be a common practice, but perhaps doing so thru a secure form would be easier for the folks to be convinced.
