"I feel I was robbed and my Hungarian children hate Budapest now"

It was in city centre, close to metro

It was noisy every evening till 3 am, the party was going on every night very loud , it’s not for ppl who want to sleep at night . When I booked the place it didn’t say it was in the loudest party centre , it said it was perfect to rest !! And the aircon hardly worked , nobody came to fix it and I asked for it. The aircon was actually warm on a cool setting. So the windows had to be open which meant the noise was defeating , we were first floor , right above restaurant . For that money I should have been transferred to a better suited apartment.
