TILIA LUXURY APARTMENT - 3 bedrooms with AC

Spacious, clean and modern apartment.

The temporary construction going on in the building. But there was no noise or disturbances.

Property had everything that our group of 4 needed. Facilities were perfect and comfy. Shower was excellent, beds were comfy, rooms were spacious, loads of storage. Didn’t use the kitchen other than toaster, microwave and kettle and all worked perfectly. There was enough crockery and cutlery. Could have done with extra pillows bur we managed with cushions. Heating was via the air conditioning unit and was adequate. Communication with the company was quick and extremely helpful, delivering an exceptional service. Thank you. Although the building is old and run down the apartment itself was modern and very new. Would definitely stay again.

It is up 3 flights of stairs, no lift, but it wasn’t too bad. My two 80 year old mothers managed very easily.

It was only 3 towels available and we stayed from Wed-Sat (3 adults + 2 kids) - would be more comfortable if each of us have at least one

It’s on 3rd floor and there is no any lift. Location is not that good.

Excellent location - easy to get anywhere on very frequent public transport, just at the end of the road. Luggage storage facilities also down the road too. Supermarkets close by (Spar and a little further a lidl) Property was plenty large enough for 2 adults and 2 adult children. Well equipped and owners were very responsive to any issues we had (there were only 2 drinking glasses but they brought more to us the next day), Comfortable and spacious

The property is on the third floor with approx 70(ish) steps (no lift). Although it does say it on the description, it is in very small print. My daughter had injured herself the week before we arrived and was using crutches and it hurt her a lot each day. As other reviews say, the staircase and entrance leave a lot to desire and are very rundown, but it wasn't horrific. On arrival one of the beds were not made but there were sheets in one of the wardrobes so we just made it ourselves, there was also rubbish in the bathroom bins :-( As previous reviews had said, air-conditioning leaked quite a lot and was over an electrical socket which had been covered over in plastic, which was slightly worrying. We noticed a really terrible smell each morning coming from the bathroom, which smelt like sewers. Owners sent someone out to spray something down the shower drain, very quickly after reporting it, but it didn't really get rid of the smell, which was a shame. The owners said it was probably because they had had an extremely hot summer. With the smell and the issue with my daughter and the stairs, it really took the shine off the trip, which was a shame as the location and size of property were excellent

Nice location, good for a group of people, it has everything you need for a decent stay in Budapest.

The location is practically in the center. There's always a place to park your car on this street (paid 8:00-22:00 on weekdays 1.5 EUR/h). The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. It consists of a living room and three separate double bedrooms. There is one large bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet.

The entrance and staircase look like they're in a slum. It needs immediate renovation. The garbage bins are in the entrance.

Newly renovated and three good sized bedrooms

On arrival one of the bedrooms was not cleaned. After getting in touch we were assured the place would be cleaned by 5pm (2 hours after our check in time). After the subsequent clean, which involved a deeper clean than just the bedroom that appeared not to have been cleaned, one of the bedrooms had no pillows, duvet or towels. The toilet roll holder in the separate toilet was broken and there was no hand towel. Not well advertised that the property is on the third floor with no lifts
