TILIA LUXURY APARTMENT - 3 bedrooms with AC

Lovely, design, clean and super easy checkin and a great location for the Pest side. Communication with the owner was clear, efficient and reliable as well.

It’s beautiful and stylish, very comfortable. There’s a shop on the corner and the No 4/6 tram is a minute walk what takes you across the city. The “party” quarter with bars and restaurants are close enough but not too close if you don’t want noise.

It’s on the top floor and there’s no elevator. We had suitcases as well as kids’ car seats etc. and heat wave. 😂

Good location. Contemporary, comfortable apartment. The 3 rooms are not very big but were perfect for our family of 6. The bed frames are a bit frail and need to be repaired. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was clean and well refurbished. Decoration.: is eclectic but in our personal opinion it could be a bit less busy specially on top of the furniture.

The outside building is very decadent. The inside areas are extremely dirty and falling apart . The other apartments all had security gates and though the proprietary told us Budapest is safe he also told us to always lock the door !! We had no issues but is a strange building to say the least . The main bathroom had a ironing table that was always falling and there were some stuf under the beds and in the closets that just crowded the space It would be better to have 2 additional dinner chairs . 3 flights of stairs so don’t carry heavy bags

Beautiful property exactly like the pictures. Great location, walking distance to all main attractions, a welcome drink/snack on arrival and great communication from owner.

The apartment is clean , modern, with 3 rooms, with A/C .with nice and comfortable furniture , provided with the important machine like dish washer and washing machine and coffee machine

The apartment in the third floor no elevator , the building is very old and inside is scary , not safe for children .. we arrived evening when we saw the building we decided at first to look for another apartment because of the building itself not for the apartment, my suggestion to do separate entrance with elevator because only tow apartments new the rest old , I can share photos for the building to see how is it old

Everything was great! Apartmant and location is for 10+! Budapest is beautiful city! Hugs from Tuzla (Bosnia and Herzegovina) 🤗 ❤️

Brand new refurb

the initial entrance to the apartment block isn’t inviting but once your in the apartment you will be wowed.

Comfortably, big and good value for money. The location is great, near tram and metro.
