Budapest Central Port Apartment

The property was amazing and spacious, it had everything as advertised and the host was incredible nice and responsive. Additionally the host provided a number of recommendations of places to see and places to eat around the area, highly recommend

Very central location. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops around. Walking distance from airport bus 100e stop. The flat has everything we needed for a short stay, including a nespresso coffee machine. There is a lift in the building. There is a gym with a swimming pool and sauna at the ground floor, but this is separate from the flat and a daily ticket needs to be bought.

Noise all night long!!!!!! The flat is located above restaurants and nightclubs. There is very loud music all night long. People aggregate downstairs and have loud, drank conversations with shouts till 4am. If you need fresh air and open the windows you can't sleep because of the noise. If you close the windows, the flat becomes hot and stuffy as the only aspect this flat has windows is towards the nightclubs. I guess it might be not that bad in winter if you don't need to open windows. We came in April when the weather was unusually warm. We were told that air-conditioning in the building was central and not yet switched on. The sun hits directly into the flat windows so it heats up during the day, and becomes unbearably hot and stuffy - so either we had to open the windows and couldn't sleep because of the noise till 3.30-4am or close the windows and cook inside a hot flat. Also, a bit weird arrangement the bathroom is off the bedroom, but has no toilet. A separate toilet is off the living room. So if you need to go to the toilet in the middle ofctge night you need to go to the toilet in the living room. If you plan to use the living room as an additional sleeping room (it has a hard sofa bed opening into a bed) beware that you'll have to get into this room to go to toilet.

Beautiful apartment close to city centre, restaurant and airport bus. The host was also incredibly nice.

The apartment is located right in the party district, and the music and very loud bass made it difficult to sleep. One day it lasted until 7 in the morning.

Wife and I stayed 5 nights for Xmas holiday. Well greeted by Peter who had great ideas on sights and services in the area. Clean and comfortable appartment with controlled access for security and close to many good restaurants.

Some persistant street noise from the local bars and restaurants. Certainly managable by the heavy sleeper.

Everything was great

The location was absolutely amazing! Easy walk to a tram station and many restaurants. Despite being so close to the hustle and bustle, it was very quiet in the apartment, and we slept very comfortably. I will definitely stay here again if I return!

The stuff was very kind and helpful. The location is absolutely central. The apartment is a bit overused but convenient and clean. I can recommend it with no hesitation.
