It was very nice apartment, very good position, close to centre, tram and bus stop. I don't know about winter, but for summer vacation very good temperature inside. Clean enough only little dust. Beds wew comfortable.

Little difficulty to understand to open all doors..but it was om after second time. Visit you again if possible.

I did not like anything !! We did not stay in the facilities. Keys were not working !! No one available to meet you. After hours looking for solutions Customer service by phone Terrible We had to leave the location and find another one. !! I booked a diferentes one through the booking app too. (Ibis hotel - Budapest) . PLEASE REFUND US THE MONEY.

We were unable to stay in the apartment and did not make any use of the property, and therefore we are requesting a full refund. The conditions of the building and the apartment were extremely unsafe and unacceptable. The building required passing through three separate doors to reach the apartment, and the key we were given did not work on the second metal security gate. A neighbor informed us that the gate was broken and warned that even if we managed to get inside, we might not be able to get out. She also explained that the gate could not be left open because the last time someone did, she found a drunk man lying on the floor at her doorstep. This clearly illustrates how unsafe the property is. Inside the apartment, the water system was damaged, and there was a sign stating that if the bathroom became clogged, we would be charged for repairs—even though the system was already in poor condition. The overall state of the building was extremely low quality, with rat traps placed throughout the common areas. Additionally, the property management left the keys in hidden lockboxes with incorrect instructions, which took us nearly two hours to locate. Once we found them, the key for the metal gate did not function. Customer service repeatedly asked for videos, which we sent, clearly showing that the key turned inside the lock but did not open the gate. Despite this, no effective solution was provided. Given the unsafe conditions, the faulty key, and the lack of a real resolution, it was impossible for us to stay at the property. We request a full refund.

Very comfortable place, 15 mins from the Chaine bridge, have everything you may need. The host was kind enough to leave us coffee for a Nespresso machine. High ceilings make the apartment feel more spacious. Comfy mattresses.

The carpets need more thorough cleaning.

Ubytování bylo odpovídající a na dobrém místě.

Absolutně špatně komunikace a "služby ". Zaplatili jsme si extra za dětskou postýlku a zvlášť jsem se ptala na prostěradla a přikrývky. Bohužel v postýlce byla jen holá matrace. Na stížnost nikdo nereagoval. V kuchyni nebyl ani jeden hrnec,takže nebylo možné ji využít. Jen na kafe nebo čaj. A v koupelně hnusný plesnivý závěs a záchod s motorem,který budil celý dům.
