Paulay Design Apartment

The location is excellent, very close to the Christmas market near the Basilica, as well as cafés, bars, and shops. Everything is within walking distance, which makes the stay very convenient. The host is very kind and attentive, always ready to help and give useful recommendations. Thank you for your hospitality, responsiveness, and willingness to support guests.

The bathroom was unfortunately uncomfortable. The boiler was leaking, and during showering water was flowing onto the floor. There is no ventilation or radiator, so the floor and towels did not dry properly, which affected overall comfort. Heating is provided mainly by one radiator in the living room. It was not sufficient to properly heat the bedroom, and when set to a higher level, it worked very loudly. In the bedroom, the pillows and blanket should be replaced. The bedding did not feel fully fresh, and unfortunately I noticed hair on it, which negatively impacted the overall impression and the price–quality ratio.

The apartment was in a perfect location for exploring Budapest — everything was within easy reach. Inside, it was lovely and warm, clean, and very comfortable. The host was excellent: incredibly responsive and super helpful throughout our stay. They also gave us some fantastic food recommendations, which made our trip even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Super comfy, great bed, nice cosy vibe, nice residential building . Excellent location near Opera and Octagon Metro, with loads of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocers laundromat , shopping etc nearby. Federico made it all so simple helping me checking in , and gave a list of recommendations in the area.

The apartment had all the facilities I needed, and was clean, pleasant and commutable to stay. The host was very available and helpful with advice for getting around the area. The building was quit and felt very safe, even though in center of a the tourist area. I loved it!

Ligging in leuke buurt en op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Goede tips van de zeer behulpzame host over restaurants, bars, uitstapjes.

I cannot stress enough how amazing the location is…great neighborhood, amazing restaurants around every corner, walking distance or easy tram to all sights. Ideal!
