Cleaningless, the toilet wouldn’t flush, there was no hot water for bathing, the sheets were dirty, the building was dirty due to construction, there were construction workers walking up and down de building, overall, horrible

The location is really ideal and the apartment is also very nice. You have everything you need and otherwise it was very quiet at the weekend. You can spend a weekend there without hesitation. Key handover by email with location and key compartment went very well.

The building is under renovation which should have been communicated beforehand...elevator was not working and the light would not turn on until the 3rd floor. Other drinking glasses would be beneficial, as well as a few more mugs

1. The building is under construction. You won't be able to sleep comfortably because people work early in the morning, and they are very noisy. 2. The flat is on the 3rd floor and has no lift. I had a lot of luggage and it was exhausting. 3. There isn't a sofa bed, but only a sofa. (a fake description of the flat). Sleeping on the sofa is horrible. 4. Bed and pillows are not comfy. 5. The toilet and the shower are separated, and both of them are very small. (they put pictures in the description from a different angle to fake customers). 6. Keys are in a locker far from the flat, and not easy to get them. When I called the host, he talked to me in a very bad way because I couldn't understand him. 7. The host doesn't speak English.

Easy to access to tram 4&6, close enough to shopping stores

1- No iron although it mentioned there is an iron in property 2- flat is in 3rd floor, it mentioned there is a lift but the lift doesn’t work because it’s new! I traveled with my parents(knees problems) and several luggages. was really difficult for us to make it with stairs. 3- the building itself is under reconstruction which was too noisy and dusty (not even mentioned in the ads) 4- the heated water for taking shower was so ridiculous. One of us took a shower in the morning and the rest couldn’t, because the water got cold. As the owner claimed later “The boiler works with night electricity, starting at 9pm and The capacity should be enough for 2 persons”. 5-the clothes drying racks were full and had a note on it “don’t use it plz”! If I’m not supposed to use it what a point to count it as a facility of the property in first place! 6-the key is in lockers away from the flat. It’s more than 150 meter
