Budapest Central Apartment

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, with a very convenient bed.The elevator in the house is already working. The best value for money in Budapest in my opinion.

Big apartment in a convinient location.

1. We were on the third floor and the elevator didn't work. The owner's answer was that the elevator wasn't his!!! So irresponsible.... 2. It needs more cleanliness. I have been in many poor places but they were cleaner. It has nothing to do with money, it's about dignity. 3. I am from Greece and I know many things about tourism. The owner has a strange perception about tourist market. During our residence there he washed sheets in the apartment (not ours) and he spread them inside. This is globally humiliating and unacceptable!!!!!

The apartment was amazing, clean,warm. It is really quiet, i slept like a baby. It is close to the center,you have restaurant and groceries nearby.

Week before arrival we received email with instructions including video

Weird smell in property

damaged watter tap in shower very bad cleaning - long hair on the floor, in the drawer, ... everything in flat is very sticky (was not cleaned for a log time)

The apartment is in a dignified area, it is spacious and quite modern. the host is also available to help you. the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was equipped with personal care products

The house is flawed in some details, for example the rusty radiator, the clothes hung out in the house as unusable storage, and the shower with the shower head full of limescale, the cleanliness in some respects leaves something to be desired. The check in was complex because the chip that allowed you to open the 2 doors didn't work and I had to ask the host for assistance.

It was a great experience! The apartment is beautiful and confortable. Looks new and modern. It´s very quiet. Great location. Shower, washing machine and Air conditioning work fantastic. The kitchen and living area are spacious. It is lovely :D

The host was not accurate describing which flat it was. They said ¨3rd floor, white door¨ but when I arrived ALL DOORS WERE WHITE. They should place the name ¨Central Apartment¨ outside or a number, to locate it easily. For you guys: It´s the 3rd door on your left. They will send a video showing how to reach the place but it should definitely needs to be actualized because they place is not under construction anymore. I also asked the host to leave the keys inside the house because I was checking-out at 2:45 and they didn´t accept it. The floor was very clean clean but some surfaces could get better. There is not enough space in the wardrove. There are winter blankets, towels and a vacuum cleaner there. Also, in the bedroom there was a clothes line with sheets drying and a note asking not to touch it. It doesn´t bother but it´s a detail to improve for the guests.
