Penthouse View Apartment Luxury CBD Penthouse with Balcony

Location

Only uncomfortable sofa lounge seating for 2 people. Only 1 mirror in bathroom. Poorly maintained -lights not working, insufficient toiletries. Access to building difficult as key does not work. Collection of keys inappropriate. No extraction fan in bathroom. No where to dry laundry, no instructions for washing machine. No wardrobe or place to hang clothes in 2nd bedroom. No condiments - salt or pepper etc, milk in fridge sour

The apartment was nicely presented, beds definitely comfortable and clean bedding was provided. Bonus having washer/dryer combo. Close to all amenities - IGA, Central Markets, Restaurants, Bus depot, Trains and Trams. The view of the city from the balcony was incredible even at night.

The shower head needs updating, a horrible shower head, extra floor mats could be provided as water from showering leaks onto the floor due to the shower door opening both ways... Leaving the floor mat soaked in water, I had to squeeze out the mat. No mop system provided for accidental spills on the floors - maybe a disposable floor wipes system would be a good introduction.

It was in an excellent location and the beds were comfortable

The swimming pool was freezing cold, steam room was closed/broken. It could have been a bit cleaner, bedside tables had dust and dirt behind them. Bits of mould in bathroom and inside top of dishwasher

The bed was comfy.

No ventilation Dirty. Shower was terrible. The keys were in a different location than the property which made it inconvenient qt 11pm when I flew in. Penthouse photos were not the ones advertised. Not worth 769 for 2 nights

It was clean, a great view.

The shower spray needs to be adjusted it doesn't work very well, door frame of shower rusty, and water pours out everywhere at the door frame. Vanity tap sprays water too fast and onto floor making it very slippery and dangerous. Nowhere to hang clothes.

The closeness to everything

Location was ok, a little hard to find key pickup at night.

Unattended - we had no iron, had to receive one from another tenant. The washing machine / dryer was terrible - so many issues and was told to google to fix ourselves. Milk in fridge was out of date - could have been cleaner - couldn’t get bath mat to dry so had to use towels and then couldn’t dry in drier as too heavy. Spent hours trying to get it to work - had to go to a laundromat in the end.

Great location able to walk easily. Great location for bus from airport. Great shower pressure. Comfy beds Very quick response to inquiries Able to accommodate an early check in due to early time flight arrival
