Penthouse View Apartment Luxury CBD Penthouse with Balcony

The location was excellent. The facilities were excellent - everything thought of and labelled.

It was hard to cool down and the pipes were a bit smelly

Liked the two bedrooms. Was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We were able to make our lunches for the day and do washing if we needed to. Had a very good convenience store about 100 metres away.

The convoluted method of getting the key was an issue as we had travelled internationally and phone didn’t work for us to receive the last minute instructions. Suggest giving out the key instructions at least a week before would have made that part of our stay easier

It was awkward with the location of the keys as I did not have car initially. Little things like tissues, ice tray would be handy. The bed was SO comfy, and the place was clean.

The property is fairly close to the city centre. We found the closest tram stop to be City West. The property has several good restaurants and the IGA nearby. It is a very well-equipped apartment.

We would have liked the windows on the balcony to be able to open. It was more like a conservatory rather than a balcony. It was very warm and it would be nice to get airflow through (and not rely on air con). Great views though.

Picking up keys and parking was a bit daunting cause we don’t know the area. But follow the instructions carefully and it’s like a little game of treasure hunt.

The apartment is in a great location, right in the center. There's an IGA supermarket downstairs and parking is very convenient. It's fully equipped with even a soda siphon. The balcony is large and has a wonderful view.
