The location is perfect, property was very clean, organized, everything just like in the picture.

have serious safety concerns regarding this property. On July 28th at 5:20 am, a group of individuals attempted to open my door. When I screamed and ran to the door, they claimed to be police officers, but they were in civilian clothing. They then approached my window and gestured for me to come closer, repeating that they were police. After a few minutes, a woman spoke through the door, stating there had been a robbery on the first floor and they suspected someone was in my apartment. However, their initial actions appeared intrusive and alarming. I reported this incident to the host, who assured me he would investigate, but I have not received any follow-up. The experience has left me with two sleepless nights and ongoing panic attacks. Additionally, the day before the incident, the apartment door lock was malfunctioning and not securing properly from the outside, which I urgently requested the host to fix. If the lock had not been repaired, the intruders could have easily entered the apartment. This is the first time I have felt my safety was compromised while traveling solo, despite having traveled extensively. I have all the text messages and correspondence with the host and owner documenting these events. Despite the severity of the situation, no compensation or adequate resolution has been offered. Check in was late due to my airflight late arrival, getting inside the apartment was impossible as the host sent me a video of the access process of another lock, had to text him at night and wait until he got a video from another person and forward it to me. The lock wasn't working i couldn't lock the door from outside had to wait until the fix it. The apartment is not that great as the pictures, its also very noise as its on the ground floor.

The property was lovely and equipped with everything needed. The host was also very accessible and the self check-in/check-out process was very smooth.

The door was very thin; hence, all noises/movements happening outside by the entrance were heard/felt in the apartment

Loved our stay, super easy to check in, great location as was in a little courtyard so not noisy at night at all. Beds were super comfy and room was great, small kitchen area with cooking facilities, we didn't end up using these but the fridge came in very handy. Would definitely recommend. Also lovely communication from Eyal, who offered us recommendations of what to do/where to eat which was useful. Public transport also very close. I would stay here again when visiting Budapest! Also the aircon was a blessing after coming home in the summer evenings! Thanks to Eyal and the team for a fantastic stay!

Quiet locality, near Down Town, washing machine, Wifi

The apartment was clean, fully equipped and answered all of our needs. In addition to that- the host was very welcoming and responsive. 10/10, highly reccomended.

It was slightly noisy, because of thin walls and door.
