Only lacation was very good.

Photo what have owner on this appartment in booking are different then is reality, it look that are photo from different apartment. It was small, terrible. Kitchen staff is so terrible also

The property is very central and close to the nightlife spots, while being quiet at the same time

We had an issue with our check in, which led us to having to wait outside for around one hour with a no actual support from the property (the other guests had to open the defective lock from the inside). No one from the property even bothered to show up even if we later discovered that their office was one street away. Our person of contact (who kept on pretending it was his own property, even if we later discovered those are bulk managed by a company) kept on gaslighting us (“I hope you pushed the handle”) rather than providing concrete support, leaving us in the rain and cold. As a note, given they don’t offer support with key issues after working hours, we were very lucky this didn’t happen to us at night, or we would have probably have to spend the night somewhere else. The studio is very humid and the smell in the bathroom was really terrible. They do have a dehumidifier but it does not make any noticeable difference. Overall we’ve been very disappointed with this stay.

Absolutely beautiful room and very responsive staff, who always promptly answer all your questions. Great location of the hotel. Everything you need is nearby and everything you need is inside the room. Everything is just wonderful and even more than that. Special thanks for delaying the check-out time a little. It was very useful because I worked until 3 a.m. Beautiful place.

the location is very good, walk distance to everything located in city center. the apartment is nice, cozy and clean. the communication with the host is amazing, 10/10. If i come again to Budapest, I would definitely choose this place!

even though we really enjoyed it, there was some stuff missing. add a cleaning cloth in the kitchen, so you can clean the surfaces and dry the dishes. left side of the shower door was pretty much impossible to close, and due to that, some water fell out, so we had to use one of the towels to clean that. so maybe add an extra towel!

Great location, easy to walk/get transport to many sights. Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had, would definitely recommend!
