BpR KYANIT Design Apartments with A/C

Appena rientrata da Budapest. Mi è piaciuto tantissimo soggiornare in questo appartamento. Avevo paura che fosse più complicato il Check-in, invece la mail del gestore era ben dettagliata, pertanto è stato facile trovare le chiavi ed entrare nell'appartamento. Si presentava molto ordinato e pulito, e l'arredamento minimal ma di design e con bei colori lo rendeva molto bello. L'affaccio sulla Basilica di Santo Stefano era meraviglioso. La posizione era centralissima, potevi raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni e con una bambina di 7 anni era per noi un requisito essenziale. In 15 minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere il parlamento, il ponte delle Catene, il Quartiere Ebraico, Piazza Vörösmarty. In 30 minuti si raggiunge il Castello di Buda, Il Bastione dei Pescatori o il Mercato centrale. Vicino l'appartamento c'erano tutti servizi necessari: supermercati, metro, fermate autobus, ristoranti, deposito bagagli. Sicuramente, se dovessi tornare a Budapest sceglierei lo stesso appartamento.

Metterei qualche tabs in più per la lavatrice, comodissima!!!! L'aria condizionata si trova solo in soggiorno, mentre nella camera da letto c'è il ventilatore. Accendendo il condizionatore l'aria riesce ad arrivare in camera, ma andrebbe messo un secondo split, nel caso in cu facesse più caldo la notte, ma per noi è stato sufficiente. Attenzione ad una strip led sotto il pensile della cucina, che penzolava. Il biadesivo ha perso aderenza e andrebbe sostituita. In ogni caso queste sono piccole accortezze. Per me l'appartamento era il TOP!!

Locatie

Gezelschap bestond uit twee vrienden. Zou een twee persoons bed zijn en een slaapbank. Slaapbank was niet aanwezig en een van de twee snurkte enorm. Vervolgens gevraagd bij de eigenaar hoe dit zit aangezien er wel mee geadverteerd wordt. De eigenaar bevestigde dat er geen slaapbank aanwezig was. De eigenaar kwam ook niet met oplossingen waardoor er op een enorm vieze oncomfortabele bank geslapen moest worden die daarnaast ook nog onder de ogenschijnlijke witte ejaculatie vlekken zat… kussens omdraaien was geen mogelijkheid want daar zaten grote rode vlekken op. Ook was de airco veel te klein voor de ruimte en was er geen aanwezig in de slaapkamer. Vervolgens melding gemaakt van de situatie bij Booking die nu onderzoek doen. Voor hetzelfde geld zijn er betere opties in Budapest.

Easy

The apartment was clean and located in central location so had easy access to tourist attractions. From inside, it looked like the photos posted online. However, there were many other issues.

- The AC was barely working. It was only in the living area and it barely cooled the living area. The bedroom was very warm and we only had a small fan to help us get any cool air. We had a small baby with us who struggled a lot to fall asleep becuase of this reason so I had to sleep with him in the living area for him to feel some cool air. - The apartment was very hard to locate in the building as we were told that it was on the 1st floor but it was actually in the mezanine floor where a separate elevator goes. - The main door knob of the apartment looked like it could be easily broken if applied even a slight pressure so that felt a bitdangerous to us as on the first night we felt some try to open our door from outside. - The wifi was terrible and we struggke a lot with connection. The host took a lot of time to sort out our concerns which really caused us a lot of problems. - The kitchem had random bare minimum utensils. A lot of essentials were missing, there was not even any sugar in the apartment.

The property was lovely and modern just like the pictures! Location was 10/10 couldn’t have asked for any better as most things walking distance and public transport close by. Located right beside St Stephen’s a lovely square with plenty of restaurants and walking distance to the river. Was easy enough to get into apartment with the guided instructions. Supermarket directly below apartment which was handy for carrying water etc to the apartment. Had everything you needed as such with appliances. Great value for money. Was extremely warm during our stay around 30•c everyday, fan and air con provided. Overall had a lovely stay and great value for money.

The main door into the apartment building was continuously left open. The door to the apartment itself is not the securest I’d say as when closing door the handle would come loose and have put picture below to show this we had to force it back on few times. Being a girl or even for my partner the apartment would benefit with one full length mirror to actually see how you looked everyday. Apartment was modern and clean enough but once living in wouldn’t say 10/10 immaculate condition. Thank you for providing a fan into the bedroom even with the fan we felt it to be very warm but glad we had it as there was no air con in the bedroom. Check out is at 10am me and my partner were rushing and cleaner came early before 10am so just a precaution to make other visitors aware.

It's modern interior design and very cosy. Near station and right at main visit of all places.
