BpR KYANIT Design Apartments with A/C

The apartment has a really good, central location. It has a nice modern design in a historical building and a considerable big size. The stuff was communicative.

There were some amenities that missed for example some basic kitchen supplies or a door glass at one of the bedrooms. Also some water leaking at one of the bathroom, problems with wifi initially (but the host solved this one), problems with the thermostat.

Amazing and spacious apartment in Budapest with 3 separate bedrooms, big kitchen and large living room. It was clean and modern, near the attractions and city center. Across the road is Metro station. Around are lots of restaurants and shops. It is like on the pictures, worth the price! Definitely booking again if in Budapest!

Location

I didn't like the fact that the host didn't welcome us, it was cold in the apartment, and we were coming with a baby and it probably took a whole day to warm up. I think we deserved to be in a bigger apartment, and we got a standard one. honestly the location takes it out

Good position, shops, bars and restaurants close to apt. Walkable distance to museums and other great places. Apt has potential but by ignoring basic needs I do not recommend.

Old cold building, not functional thermostat, freezing cold at night (end of oct), paper thin bed duvets, had to wear all clothes we have, awful bathroom smell, mold in one bedroom, dirty sofas, urinated spare bed duvets (not for use), no constructive communication with hosts only apologies for problems. I am frequent traveller but this was the worst experience so far honestly. We still are having health issues with cough due to mold and cold from the stay.

Bed and pillow. Very comfortable. Also big space for all the family

There was a sewage smell from the shower room

It was in the most perfect location walking distance to everything right by a metro too. The facility were nice and spacious exactly what you need for a short city break. The owners were easiably contactable and made check in and out so straight forward even provided us with a bottle of wine on arrivable! Had everything you need like an iron hairdryer etc.

Sounds silly but, there was only one mirror in the whole apartment and as a girl I did struggled with that haha. The bed also had a couple of slabs missing underneath so did slope down at one end. Other than that was honestly perfect couldn’t have asked for more.
