BpR KYANIT Design Apartments with A/C

It was clean, perfect location, window is looking at the Basilica of Saint Stephen. We were welcomed by a bottle of vine and coffee 😀 Beds are comfortable.

Apartment is missing some little stuff for it to be a 10. We got only one towel per person- i am used to getting one for body and one for hands. It's nice apartment for a couple and such a shame not to have at least one pair of machining vine glasses. Or some salt and pepper.

Location, close to the tourist attractions. Spacious, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Good price for the size and location. Design was nice. Arranged airport shuttle (for a price)

Unhelpful staff, several calls but no help in finding the location of the apartment and how to get inside. Bad signing on the location. The key or the lock to the apartment barely worked. Had to spend several minutes of trying every time. When in contact with staff they described the wrong door and then stopped responding offering no solution. Trash was not emptied from previous guests. Glasses and utensils in the cupboard were not clean. Sewage smell from one of the bathrooms. Poor WiFi speed. The showers sometimes failed to keep the heat (maybe when both were used at the same time?)

Very good location. All the museums and Christmas markets were very close to the room. The room was spacious and comfortable

The wifi and the TV weren't working. I try to contact with the owner but i didnt manage to work this out
