Very Slow WiFi

Excellent location and standard of rooms, bathrooms and cleanliness.

Kitchen could have been better supplied with utensils and items for food preparation

Fantastic location and very comfortable with everything you need. Super close to lots of great bars and restaurants and almost all the major sights are within a 30 minute walk

Very clean and new. Has dishes and plenty of towels, and a bottle of wine waiting Furniture in top condition.

Bathtub needs a handrail - very dangerous. Plus there is a metal door with a neighbor that locks it even if you go next door to apt #1 for 2 minutes. The #2 apartment needs 2 sets of keys. Our biggest problem was with booking.com that sends you a notice that you have to pay a damage deposit while you are already on the road, making real hard to get in when you arrive. Plus the booking.com staff were VERY unhelpful getting the access codes. They insisted they sent us messages with codes but the messages arrived 2 days later so they were useless. We resorted to calling to get in and while we were trying to get the codes over the phone, they kept insisting we read the message rather than just telling us what they were over the phone. After multiple calls finally we just had to get angry to get the agent to tell us how to get into the place. Then the agent read as fast as she could and was very snotty about reading it slow enough to write it down. Not the owners fault - it was booking.Com so I give them an F on this one.

Great location, walking distance from city center. The apartment was really clean. A welcome drink was offered.

Although there was an instant coffee, it was only for one day. I would suggest to put either an espresso machine or at least coffee for all booked days! But that’s only a suggestion not a negative review!!

The location is really great, close to the cathedral. The apartment is big.

The staff is not that friendly, and will try to charge you for everything (even to leave the luggage for a couple of hours). I've scheduled a van with the host from the airport to the city center and they didn't show up. The bedroom close to the kitchen is very uncomfortable and should be a storage instead. Apart from that, the remaing bedrooms are great.

Great location, in the city center, close to everything you might need: subway, bus, coffee places, restaurants, shops. Easy to find, communication with the host went smoothly. Appreciated that the host allowed us a late check out. Clean, warm, hot water, comfy. Simple and chic decorated.

A bit weird that the doors of the rooms are of glass and that to get from the living/dinning/kitchen to the bedroom you had to pass through the bathroom. A bit noisy - the entrance door and the windows do not isolate the noise very well. Also in the kitchen it would have been nice to have a bowl :)
