Alicante & Urban Center

The location of the apartment is excellent. It is also very comfortable and fully equiped. Virgínia was very nice, she left me delicious fruits, drinks and pastries. I had a very good holiday there.

Virginia is the best owner I ever met! She met is near the apartment and prepared some treats for us. Moreover she told us about sightseeings in the city and how to get there.

Virginia was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond to welcome me with lots of extras which are very rare. This is really an authentic apt with 2 beds, 2 baths and 2 balconies. Excellent location with all amenities just outside the door. Very quiet inside building.

There is some street noise as within all intercity locations. Fans in the bedrooms help with air circulation as there the only A/C in main living area.

Good air conditioning, everything what you need for stay were available in apartment, very clean

Too expensive for what you get, old fashioned furniture, far from the beach.

Very good and central location. Only 3 minutes away from the Mercado Central and 2 minutes from the airport bus stop. The area is safe, near the Old town and the Main City Castle, and with many food options, supermarkets, some bars and so on. Use of lift available. I felt very comfortable at the apartment and good communication with the host. The apartment itself is great, big enough, super clean, with all kind of amenities and Virginia the host is great. She welcomes you in a great way with huge sense of hospitality. She even leaves some food stuff inside the fridge… I have never seen that before. I can fully recommend the apartment. Beds are comfortable and there is also a terrace. Air conditioning working in the apartment plus some fans in the room. it can be hot during summer months but I slept well. The bathroom are fully equipped and also some beach towel and sun umbrella are provided if needed.

So far all went fine. I stayed three nights.

The apartment is very comfortable. You have everything you need during a short or long term stay. Virginia is an amazing host. She welcomed me with fresh pastries. She also left a full fridge. Very kind of her.

Clean & roomy. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. In the middle of Alicante near the market. The Virginia, the host is wonderful & provided fruit, milk & beer in the fridge.
