Alicante & Urban Center

A great pad/place - right in the centre of town (near the Central Market) - and the most attentive host, Virginia - who couldn't do more to ensure her guests feel right at home... including a fridge stocked with complimentary goodies (which is rare to say the least!), as well as some buns & pastries (ambient temperature, next to said fridge). Will definitely be back!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

The host was very friendly. She took the time to explain all important things to know about the apartment and gave advise about Alicante. Secondly, as a surprise she had filled the fridge with fresh fruit, beers and other stuff. The apartment is convenient, has all you need for a stay in Alicante.

This is one of the best places we have booked on the booking.com Really, it’s a big flat without a roommate with everything - I emphasise - everything you need! There is food and drinks in the fridge. There are food, spices, utensils and so on in the drawers too. And yes - all is free! The hostess is very kind and alert, goes out of her way to accommodate all questions and requests. If this flat is available - definitely book, you won't regret it! 10/10 and more!

The apartment is large and very cozily furnished. The location is in the center near all kind of shops, restaurants and traffic connections. The distance to Playa Postiguet and Paseo towards Albufereta is however only about one kilometer. The reception was very friendly and thorough. The fridge was full of fruits, drinks etc, the first time ever. Also the equipment was comprehensive.

Because of the location there is noise from streets and restaurants

Exceptionally clean and comfortable and Virginia went out of her way to stock the fridge and add extras.

Location is very central! The apartment has everything you'd need - full kitchen, washing machine etc. Host was very forthcoming with information and kind.

Unfortunately when I arrived, the blind had broken on one room (with the balcony and washing line). The entire street had been dug up and major construction was ongoing. Of course this happens, but if there was warning on the listing I would not have stayed at this time as I needed to be there during the day and it was unbearably noisy. Suspect it's usually a lovely peaceful location!!

Cosy apartment with everything you might need! Fantastic with a stocked fridge! Virginia is a really nice person and make you feel very welcome!

Location is perfect, accommodation is perfect, everything was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms is a bonus for groups.
