Sentralt, god plass, alt vi trengte av kjøkkenutstyr, varmepumpe, veldig god seng og godt bad med god plass i dusjen.

Sovesofen var ikke god å ligge på. Mye styr for å få sjekke inn.

Nothing as they tried to force me to cancel the booking. The only good thing was that Booking helped me to find another place.

I booked this accommodation before my arrival in Alicante, and as requested, I contacted the host via WhatsApp to confirm everything. All details were approved and confirmed. However, the moment I boarded my flight, I received a message saying that the accommodation was no longer available. I travel a lot and understand that system errors can happen, but what shocked me the most was that the owner deliberately asked me to cancel the reservation myself – which would have made me ineligible for a refund or any assistance from Booking. This is completely unacceptable and a clear attempt to take advantage of me as a customer. I arrived in Alicante with my child, and the owner did not even try to help or resolve the situation in any way. I had to wait for Booking’s support and cover additional expenses myself while waiting for my refund. I do not recommend this place at all!
