Nice city view from 14th floor, nice balcony. Modern and newly renovated apartment. Great AC. Good location in central Alicante, close to restaurants, bars, shops etc. Maybe 10-15 min walk to the beach.

Great location, comfortable bed in a modern apartment, nice view, functioning coffee machine.

Key pickup was difficult due to language barrier, wifi did not work. Washing machine worked, although there was no detergent. Some places haven't been cleaned properly in a while, but altogether it was really okay for this price.

I picked this apartment due to its central location, because it was not on a main road, and because of its bright sunny aspects and 9+ reviews which is not in keeping of my experience.

The noise in the bedroom due to the lift shaft made sleeping nearly impossible some nights. Its a 30 floor building with about 20+ flats per floor so the lift is squeaking and creaking constantly and on busy nights this is until 2am. I complained after 4 nights (as i was booked in for 14) and asked to be moved or a refund. Neither were offered. I was told to sleep in the living room instead and if cooking smells bothered me to move the microwave to the balcony. This place will be ok for one or two nights. I spent one night in another hotel and found another apartment for my final nights.
