"Świetna lokalizacja blisko stacji La Isleta która pozwalała zwiedzać prawie całe wybrzeże Costa Blanca. Cudowny widok z"

W łazience nieprzyjemny zapach najprawdopodobniej z kanalizacji. Mieszkanie już wyeksploatowane ale nie przyjechałam tam podziwiać mieszkania :)

"Niesamowity widok na morze z dużego balkonu"

Atutem tego mieszkania jest niewątpliwie widok na morze z dużego tarasu. Generalnie w mieszkaniu jest wszystko co potrzebne. Nie jest to apartament tylko zwyczajne mieszkanie w bloku. Nie spędzałem tam całych dni więc dla mnie było wystarczające a sam widok z dużego balkonu rekompensował wszystko. Polecam.

Trochę skomplikowane dojście do mieszkania ale gospodarz bardzo szczegółowo wyjaśnił wszystkie wskazówki a nawet nagrał krótki filmik żeby ułatwić nam dotarcie na miejsce.

"Wspaniały urlop w Alicante"

Bardzo, bardzo dobry obiekt. Zlokalizowany kilka minut drogi od centrum Alicante, praktycznie przy przystanku autobusowym, oraz kilkaset metrów od tramwaju. Spacerkiem do plaży około 15 minut. W okolicy kilka restauracji i małych sklepów. Do dużych marketów wystarczy podjechać 1 przystanek tramwajem, jeśli nie lubimy spacerów. Apartament z widokiem na morze. Zadbane pokoje, czysta łazienka, oraz wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne kuchnia. Osobiście większość czasu spędzaliśmy na sporym balkonie z miejscem do leżenia. Dostępne były 2 baseny z których ochoczo korzystaliśmy. Cicha okolica. Sympatyczny kontakt z właścicielką, która przesyła czytelna instrukcję odbioru kluczy. Tutaj szczególne podziękowania za możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania. Mieliśmy uszkodzony bagaż podczas lotu, i musielibyśmy targać uszkodzoną walizkę przez kilka godzin.

To pewnie wina budynku, ale czasami w łazience czuć było zapachy z kanalizacji. Może jakaś awaria?

"Fatal"

Según los dueños pueden entrar más de 4 personas y hemos ido 4 y era imposible, el calor de la habitación es fatal, un ventilador que no ayuda en nada. La hemos querido cancelar y nos han dicho que no. En la piscina hay muchas abejas, cuando llegas allí no te Dan las instrucciones de cómo recoger la llaves, hasta después de una hora.
