Добрий день! Мені сподобались апартаменти, зручне розташування, близько біля моря! В квартирі є все для проживання! Власниця привітна, помітно, що готова йти на зустріч клієнту! Швидко реагувала на прохання! Щиро дякуємо за створений комфорт! Сподіваюсь на зустріч наступного року!

Le logement est très bien situé, dans un super quartier proche de la mer, des transports et de commerces — vraiment un point fort. Le logement était très propre à notre arrivée et le point le plus appréciable: l’appartement est au 11ème étage avec une vue absolument magnifique, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable visuellement, grande terrasse avec une vue splendide. Et enfin, La literie est très confortable

Malheureusement, plusieurs éléments ont rendu le séjour inconfortable. La climatisation était portative, mal installée, avec une porte qui ne fermait pas correctement et une planche mal fixée sur la fenêtre, laissant passer la chaleur : impossible de bien rafraîchir l’appartement, le pire c’est que la fraîcheur ne va pas jusqu’à la chambre Nous avons également noté une mauvaise odeur provenant des canalisations, déjà signalé par d’autres locataires. La machine à laver posait problème : difficile à faire démarrer (plusieurs essais nécessaires), elle a fini par fuir, avec une odeur désagréable et même une coupure de courant. Enfin, l’accès à l’appartement est vraiment complexe : un vrai labyrinthe à travers plusieurs couloirs, ascenseurs, et une gestion fastidieuse des clés. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais il y a clairement des améliorations urgentes à faire.

The view was amazing and the property had everything you needed.

The views and comfort

Great listing with stunning sea views! Comfortably sleeps 2 people. Very clean and well kept, had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable (even the pull down)! The pool was great, even though there were no sunloungers provided, there were some umbrellas that you could use. Check in was easy and the host was really responsive and helpful.

Aircon - no aircon in bedroom Bad smell coming from bathroom drain after use of shower but this cannot be helped in a shared building of that size! The host had left diffusers and airfreshners to use which was good.

Amazing views from balcony, very good equipment of the apartment, nice and helpful owner with great contact

The bed in the bedroom was a bit too hard for us (a subjective matter), but you can also sleep on the sofa in the living room, which is more comfortable
