"Quiet & Peaceful."

As I've stayed in the Block before what I like most is how QUIET it is. Seems like it's mostly a residential Block so no parties, no banging doors etc etc. The Apartment itself has got absolutely everything you need for a week's stay or more. Elicia the host is always available via WhatsApp and is very kind.

Definitely a stay that deserves 10 points. Alice is a very good host. With Alice's easy and understandable explanation, we entered the house comfortably. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The location and view of the house is perfect. We are very satisfied, we definitely recommend. We will stay here again on our next trip to Alicante. 👍🏻

"Spectacular view!"

The view from the 11th floor was breathtaking! The owner was very helpful, she picked me up from the airport and answered all my questions about Alicante. To get to the apartment from the street you need to pass through three locked metal doors and take two elevators - which wasn’t a problem once you learn it. The apartment had everything I needed - toiletries (including shampoo and toothpaste), basic spices, sugar and cooking oil in the kitchen, coffee maker with coffee capsules and a bottle of water. There are blankets and two heaters for cooler days. The tram station is a 4 min. walk and there is a bus stop right at the front door. There are two big supermarkets 15 min. walk or one tram stop away and a small grocery shop next to the front door. There is a small beautiful beach 5 min. walk and a couple of restaurants nearby. It was a perfect stay!
