Modernes Appartement im 20. Stock mit schöner Aussicht nahe Stadtzentrum. Bad und Dusche sind modern. Angenehmes Raumgefühl. Gute Beschattung: Balkon liegt im Südosten.

Darauf hat niemand richtig Einfluss: die Lüftung im nahe gelegenen Einkaufszentrum war zeitweise gut hörbar. Es handelt sich allerdings um eine zentrale Stadtwohnung und nicht um eine Hütte im Wald.

Нам очень понравились апартаменты: чисто, аккуратно, уютно. Учтены все необходимые для жизни бытовые мелочи: утюг, гладильная доска, фен, чайник, микроволновка, есть даже тостер, много разнообразной посуды. Вид с балкона на море и гавань с яхтами потрясающий ! Официально время заселения 16.00, но нам в день прилета предложили заехать в номер в 13.00, поскольку апартаменты освободились раньше - было очень приятно) И депозит 100€ нам вернули через 3 дня после выезда из апартаментов. Хозяева очень приятные и вежливые люди. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова💖

"Fantástica ubicación y buenas vistas"

Fantástica ubicación, cerca de comercios y restaurantes. La playa a 15 min andando. Terraza con buenas vistas desde el piso 20. Dispone de cocina, nevera y lavadora, todo muy útil.

Por llegar más tarde de las 22:00h, pagamos un suplemento de 30€ para recoger las llaves. Con los nuevos sistemas de apertura con código se podría mejorar este sistema. Me pareció escaso dos rollos de papel higiénico y dos sobres de gel-champú para dos personas para 6 noches. El edificio necesita un poco de reforma, ya que con 30 alturas solo funcionan dos ascensores de los 4 que dispone.
