Nice and very clean, good location and wonderful view.

The location was ideal for the city, and a 10 minute walk to beach. The view was amazing from the balcony.

Having to empty container on balcony with water from air conditioning, (only had to do it once, in a 7 night stay).The persistent dribbling sound from toilet was a slight niggle.

Fantastic views of Alicante. Light & bright apartment. Very nice lady who gave us the keys early as we were in Alicante before the usual check in time.

Floors were dirty as our feet were black when we were barefoot. The shower wasn't sealed properly & leaked.

Location was excellent. Near to shops, restaurants and transport.

Air conditioning unit requires a water bottle to be emptied twice a day into a bucket and flushed down toilet. Each bottle when filled weights around 40 kg so not everyone will be able carry out this task. The bottle requires three full buckets to be taken to toilet. If not done at least once a day the balcony is flooded. Fri- Monday evenings there is a disco at the harbour that plays extremely loud music, booming till 4.30am. Because flat is on 20th floor the noise travels from around a mile away. Minor irritations include very basic cooking utensils, no instructions for cooker, microwave and air conditioning, and some minor repairs needed, like no sink plug in bathroom and towel rails broken. Toilets system needs repair. Running constantly when flushed.

Location was very good near to buses , Trains and view was amazing 😊

Nothing to put us off staying again just some noise when on Balcony from what sounded like an Aircon unit on Roof of El Corte Ingles .

View was AWESOME!!! Location was perfect close to everything.Apartment complex was spotless as was the apartment…. Can’t wait to go back again.

Just little things like more comfortable pillows, a few more cooking utensils and a hairdryer that didn’t catch fire!

Great apartment, wonderful view from the balcony, kitchen annex is maybe not the biggest but has everything you need for a few days :) Karina, who gave us the keys, is a very kind person, explaining everything. We even had a possibility to check-in earlier, so that's another plus. We highly recommend this place, we enjoyed every moment of our stay and we wish it could be a bit longer than 3 days :)

The only minor thing is the fact that sometimes there is a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, but I guess it's typical for such building. Deffinitely it did not downgraded our 10/10 rating :)

Convenient location, inside a well presented building, large clean lobby and lifts. Room is comfortable, bright and airy, sunny sea view balcony, good bathroom with powerful shower. Fully functional kitchen, microwave, kettle, hob, fridge and all the essential kitchen bits you need to actually cook. We also found washing up liquid, sponge, bin bags, cleaning spray and cloths. We felt at home!! There's a washing machine but we did not try it. Friendly host easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!
