Very nice reception. Amazing view to the city. Modern and clean. Very good location. Free parking area is just 15 mins walking. Amazing sunrise view in the morning. Nice lobby area.

Awesome place! Great location in the centre of Alicante, really comfortable place, with an amazing balcony overlooking the city centre, port, and sea! Great service from Martin too, really friendly and helpful and check in was super easy!

"Exceptional"

Modern, spacious for two, the view is spectacular and the location spot on. It was clean with everything provided. Contact with Maria was easy. Everything went to plan and couldn’t have been better. Great value for money too.

"Recommend central accommodation"

The location is perfect, walking distance to train station, port and city. Cute apartment equipped with everything one needs , nice terrace. Although I got allocated a room at 7th floor so the view doesn’t match the picture.

Shower is a bit wrongly constructed since the water doesn’t drain properly. A bit noisy outside in the morning, ear plugs needed if easily woken.

"Lovely sunny studio in Alicante."

The studio was absolutely lovely, very well equipped, bright and clean and in an excellent location, Martin the host was very friendly and helpful and met us as arranged, the view from the balcony was superb and we loved sitting in the sunshine enjoying our time in Alicante, we would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't fault anything but it would have been nice to have a few little basics provided, eg coffee pods for the coffee machine, washing powder and maybe soap in the bathroom.
