Clean, wonderful apartment with a very nice view

Pretty small flat with amazing balcony and view, the lady of the agency was very polite and available. Location in the city center super comfy for moving.

There were always problems with the 4 lift, extenuating waiting for going up or down, one lift was always broken and it got broken a second one; two lift for 25 floors are not enough. There was a loud techno music of a close disco until 5 pm, it was impossible to sleep. Chairs in the balcony were nearly broken, cuttlery broken and we found a beatle in the rubbish. Bed lining too short, they didn’t cover all the matress and I could feel with the foot in the night, boring.

The apartment is really nice with an amazing view of Alicante. Excellent value for money and would stay here again the next time I am visiting.

Host could have been a bit more helpful when offering options to leave luggage at check-out to enjoy the last day in the city without having to carry our bags around.

Cosy little studio on the 20th floor; amazing view from the balcony with morning/afternoon sun; good location, close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants, 15min walk to the beach

There was a strange smell from the tubes in the shower; no ventilation system in the bathroom; it would have been great to have some more cutting knives in the kitchen and a washing machine inside the flat
