"Appartement met gebreken, zonder werkende lift. Niet aante raden ondanks de goede locatie."

De locatie in het centrum was goed.

Het appartement kon alleen per trap worden bereikt. Meer dan 100 treden met koffers omhoog en omlaag. Zo te zien was de lift al jaren buiten gebruik, dus slecht bereikbaar. Daarnaast was het spoelen van het toilet een uitdaging( werkte na 50 x drukken). De oven werkte ook niet. Al met al was het niet goed voor de prijs.
