Ascensore molto vecchio e non funzionante,5 piani da fare a piedi,impianto elettrico e condizionatori obsoleti e non adeguati, lavatrice non funzionante,e la corrente saltava spesso,citofono non funzionante,edificio vecchio e tenuto male,appartamento da rivedere nella disposizione...
