1.地點不錯,晚上附近幾乎沒人,且入住期4天間大概也遇到2組客人 2.對面是LAWSON,方便

1.入住信上說,提供專屬停車位卡,與事實不符,需特別mail告知 2.希望check out 能有系統直接回覆,check out還需要透過mail告知 3.某些地方不是很乾淨,像是一陣子沒打掃,家人看到後,整組毛起來,驅車去附近的AEON買打掃用具 ,一路上的壓力迫使我對客服mail苦訴,客服態度不錯(問要不要換房,打掃是給外包),[附圖清潔前、後] ,但家族成員總動員打掃完畢,也繼續入住。沙發床,支撐架鬆鬆的,這也一併回報

シーツがシワなく清潔だった。ベットが居心地よかった。部屋が広くてよかった。

洗面所がホコリが溜まってた。ファブリーズがあったらよかった。　トイレの消臭剤があったらありがたかった。洗面所のかごが壊れてた。　自動車のボンネットに置いておくと指示があった紙が置いてなかった。ごみ箱が一つで不便だった。

the whole apartment except the toilet (not as normal Japanese style )

Toilet is without the normal Japanese bidet style - the only place i stay without it during my 12days stay in Japan.

広い間取りで快適に過ごせます。シンクもあるので安心して水を使いました。冷蔵庫もちょうどいいサイズ。トイレやお風呂場は気持ち小さめでしたが全く問題ないです。

室内とお風呂場の匂いが気になりました。室内は臭いという程ではないのですがどうしても気になってしまいした。お風呂場は換気がされてなくツンとする匂いがしました。お掃除は消臭も力を入れていただけるとより良いと思います。

コンビニが近い

清潔感がない台所のスポンジは前の人が使ったものソファーも汚れている。隅々は埃だらけ冷凍庫の氷もちらかったままお風呂のお湯が途中から水しかでなくなた。シンクの下も片付いてない。
