Location was difficult to find as it's actually above a bank and behind a car workshop. There was a nasty smell of car fumes all over the place, very unhealthy especially as we travelled with children! The place was nothing like the photos, it was very cramped and the luggage bags could barely squeeze in. There were restrictions and rules pasted everywhere and in the information sent to us, it almost felt like we weren't even allowed to breathe! The linen wasn't properly cleaned and the sofa had dirty stains, plus the floor was dusty in some places, but we made do and roughed it out as we weren't staying long. The washing machine is tiny, and it was probably better not having it if the intention was to force visitors to use the public machines outside anyway. All in all, you'd find much better places elsewhere!

Very convenient location. Nice room. Free parking. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Washing machine in the room instead of coin-operated laundry would be a big plus. Also for a long stay (more than two weeks), it would be helpful if there is a place to put trash bags.

The bed felt good

The space was very comfortable!

It was a little expensive.

The apartment is clean and tidy

1- i am a honey mooner, i reserved thinking its a hotel as i needed services and facilities, few hours later i found out im etong and sent a cancellation elrequest explaining my situation, the answer was no refund possible, without even bothering themself to suggest an alternative or anything, obviously money is their most valued thing. 2- building entrance and elevator were so smelly, like painting ot semilar chemicals, i have allergy and it was bad for me. 3- the bedroom does not have any air condetioning, or heating. 4- the toilet foes not have a wash-let, which is so strange in japan and so disgusting for us. 5- there is no single mirror for the lady except on top of the bathroom sink 6- so much written instruction every where.do not do this and that.. On walls, closets, refrigerator, on the floor, on bed, everywhere, gave me a feeling that we are aliens or savage needing to be educated about everything. 7-

The property is well maintained and clean There’s a bus stop and convenience store close to the property

Quite a walk to the train station
